The London Bridge, Lake Havasu City, Arizona In 1968 it was determined that the London Bridge in London, England was going to be torn down. It was offered for auction, and Mr. Robert P. McCulloch submitted a bid, which he won. He had the bridge taken apart piece by piece and moved to Lake Havasu City where it was rebuilt in its original form.
